GRAVITY
The project was separated in two different assignments. You could choose for the creation of an environment or for the development of a character and a moving storyboard.
It had to be a scientific topic.
I was primarily engaged in creating an environment but I also developed my character and created him in 3D later on.
This 3D environment is a place where the character will be exposed with gravitational forces from different planets.
These will carry many forces within the lab and create a dynamic spectacle inside the dome between the character and the surrounding objects.
ANOTHER DAY AT THE GYM
In this collabaration I've modeled and rigged my own character (the guy with the glasses) and I created the treadmills, textures, lighting and the environment for this animation.
When all the scenes were done I started adding cameras to render the scenes and complete the edit.

GRAND CAFÉ
I think the final designs have the feeling of a eco-friendly, Fairtrade, down to earth product and it lost its industrial, insensitive appearance from before. Last week with the Final Crit people were really enthusiastic and they confirmed that the design communicates in the right way.
I asked them some questions about the design to find out what I have to improve. I found out that the logo is not clear for everybody. The logo is a G and C from Grand Café, the original name of the brand. The C is on top of the logo and together with the curve underneath the C it’s a G. I’ve made some changes in the design to make it clear.
Another thing to improve was the font. I really liked the old font together with the new design as it was just as a test in the beginning. I tried differed kind of fonts and I ended up with two possibilities. The old font and a new, more heavier, powerful font. I’ve chosen the old font because it looks more friendly and it’s recognizable for their old customers.
I am really happy with the design I think it communicates in the right way and it looks fresh and pleasant.
QWERTEE (T-SHIRT DESIGN)
The t-shirts are printed with pictures of the earth's surface.
On top of the satellite image you'll find the coordinates to the place where I've made the snapshot you see on your shirt.
The design is really simple, it shows a piece of art from the planet and I think with the coordinates it’s a simple but effective concept.
SISTERS (LOOPDELOOP)
I wasn’t sure about doing a loopdeloop because of the theme sisters. I have just one sister so I don’t know that much about sister – sister relationships. But when I was looking outside my window to the view and the houses on the other side of the street I started creating a storyline in my mind about what could happen between two sisters in the house on the other side.
This was the base of the short storyline I’ve created.
I made a picture of the situation, created two characters and started animating the things I imagined straight away.
I hope real sisters will recognize this situation. But also girls because it’s more based on friendship between girls. My sister is not fighting anymore with their friends but when they were younger they didn’t liked each other on one day and the next day they were best friends. It also gives a feeling of spying your neighbors.
